| - Very cute, trendy place with a delicious concept. She took a spin off Mr. Holmes Bakehouse in San Francisco of "I got baked in SanFrancisco", and made her own sign highlighting Old Town. Upon entering the place smells new and feels light and fun. No one greeted us as we came in, no one on the staff line smiled at us. They didn't care about our business. No one asked us to come back, or return soon. Pleases, thanks you's and your welcome go a very long way these days. The whole staff was very slow. Let's be honest, scooping dough is not brain surgery. 3 people walked out because it was taking so long and there was only 7 people ahead of them. Besides that point, I got the vegan chocolate chip cookie dough because I sampled the regular and it was so wet, and runny that it didn't look kosher. I accompanied it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream which is kept in a small fridge on the opposite counter. I think they will realize very soon that most people want ice cream with their dough, and maybe make that process faster. The staff needs to communicate on what was ordered because we waited way too long just for the gal to type in our order when she was waiting for the other gal to tell her what flavors it was when she had already been done serving it.
The outcome was good, we all liked our cookie dough with ice cream a lot. Just got home, and about 10 minutes later we all have yummy aches. Stick with 1 scoop of ice cream, one scoop of dough. Hoping this place can get a little better service, collect the tasks that can be faster, and become a successful place. It's very cute and I think everyone should give it a try! Thanks! :)
