  • I received a gift card to R & R. Unfortunately, the staff is unable to keep their schedule straight and my therapist was unavailable BOTH times at scheduled time. I was threatened with a no show fee via voicemail even though I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment. When I showed them the confirmation email of the correct time I was told their calendar had another time. Somehow the manager wanted to turn this into MY blunder but ultimately issued a refund. I wonder when this place gets sold again and hires a more competent staff.
