So Dr. Strimling wrote me personally - instead of apologizing for his staff's behavior, he pretty much told me I was wrong, they were right, and pretty much reinforced the fact that I will never be back. Dr. Strimling, calling your potential customers/patients out in a public forum, telling the general public they lost their job (and no, I wasn't fired, I was laid off - but thanks for making it sound that way!) and pretty much telling them they "didn't do any of what you asked" isn't really a great way to get business. Just sayin'
