Paris, Bellagio, Wynn, PH all have better buffets. The selection of food is very average here. It takes the mediocre elements of all of the aforementioned buffets and combined them into one. Prime rib was okay (and they were very stingy with the cuts), and leg of lamb was good but nothing to rave about. King crab legs were plentiful, but they were very dry and discolored.. frankly, not all that appetizing. The one highlight of the buffet was a salmon salad, which had lots of fresh raw salmon in it. Sadly, most of my stomach room was spent eating that salad lol.
