  • Please NEVER book an appointment with this massage therapist. I bought an hour deep tissue massage livingsocial deal for this business about two months ago. The first sign was that this merchant forgot to put my scheduled massage on her schedule and EMAILED me 30 minutes before my massage to tell me not to come. Then she promised me a free massage to make up for her error. I thought this was nice so I rescheduled. After my scheduled massage, which was mediocre at best and definitely not deep tissue, she told me to take a few minutes to get up and get dressed. When I exited the room she was at her desk and I walked over to ask about scheduling my free massage. The massage therapist yelled something in a difficult to understand accent and motioned for me to move away. So I stepped back away from her desk and she walked over to me. Then I began to ask again and she YELLED the words "step away I'm not going to kiss you". I thought this was very weird since we had a distance of about two people between us but I said where do you want me to go? I stepped back and sat on the couch. She said "What do you want!?" very harshly as though she was annoyed with me. I explained about the cancelled massage and she just replied to get online and book it. I stood up and reached in my purse to give her her tip and she yelled at me again "WHAT ARE YOU DOING YOU NEED TO GO!". I said I was just getting your tip. She then grabbed the tip from my hand and yelled "I DON"T HAVE TIME FOR YOU, I HAVE ANOTHER CLIENT" and she slammed her front door in my face. I was livid, not the way you should feel after a massage. I advise everyone to NEVER do business with this rude merchant.
