  • I'm writing this review with tears in my eyes. They have a no return policy but I do believe that when I business cares about their customers. I rushed the prescription for my dog who was sick. I asked the lady at the front desk if there was a chance for me to get my money back if my pet didn't make it and she said that sometimes they are nice and they make an exception. Well, my beloved Jasmine passed away that same day. It will cost me $260 to get my dog cremated and since she's a member of my family that is the least I can do. I called the pharmacy and spoke to 2 different people and they didn't care and refused to help me out. I had prescriptions there filled in the past and at a 160% markup on those prescription, I think they got their money back on me. They could've made an exception and do the right thing but they are not here to help sick pets, this is a business and they don't care about you. All they want is their money.
