Terrible Customer Service and incompetence: Please avoid this property. First day of move in and I am already facing challenges. Total disregard to the fact I drove from San Diego CA to Phoenix AZ on the day of move in. I did not receive the contract after signing the cost sheet, I had to send them several emails just to confirm they had received the signed cost sheet. Coming from out of state I did not receive proper information on changing the electric bill to my name, instead of telling me it takes 24hrs for the electricity to work I arrive with no electricity since I was not properly informed of this. After driving six-seven hours I arrived with the surprise I still had to go through the contract they never sent. I was not able to get the keys to the apartment after approximately three to four hours of arriving even though I had already paid. Plus several other mistakes made during the first day of move in which should NOT be happening. Their mismanagement is already apparent. I still have one year lease and hope this is not an indication of the property's disregard to people living here which should be common decency and proper customer service to paying tenants.
