Initially had a good experience shopping there and was recommended a face mask to try. When I got home and put it on it burned my face so bad that I had to wipe it off and my face stayed red for a long time. I went back to the store to ask for an exchange but was told that it must be unopened because "it would be no good" for them. How would have known it burned my face without putting it on? When the clerk tried the mask on my hand it did f burn but this was intended for the face. And yes it is no good for me either. I will not be going back there again for any purchase despite me liking the other products I purchased.
Update: I was promptly contact by the owner of the business who left a very detailed response to my complaint and offered to provide the exchange. I also received a voice message from the clerk who initially told me I couldn't exchange the product and he apologized for his customer service that day. I edited my rating because of their response to my complaint and felt like they were concerned about customer satisfaction. I wish this didn't happen in the first place but I'm glad they handled it well.
