  • I just had the rudest person today at this place. I was telling her that my nails don't look even and she ticked off and said "if I can't make you happy, do it yourself then!" And handed the nail file to me. Unbelievable. First of all, I am paying for your service so why don't you do it right? Secondly, there was absolutely no need to be rude! I have never ever encountered a person like this in customer service. She then stormed off her table and turned me over to another lady that did a great job on my nails, thankfully.
