  • Well...the reservation was made for Ford Focus or any small car..So we go to pick it up and it's a Chevy Silverado. Yes..a pick up truck. And if you decide to rent from them, remember that their refueling charge is ridiculous!! $9.89/per gallon!!! Overall..the truck was good..but not what we wanted, i thought that was the whole point of a reservation. Will not come back to Hertz..ever.
