2.5 weeks after my belongings were loaded on a truck, I still have no information whatsoever about when I'll receive the shipment delivery. Customer service has been entirely lacking -- every time I call, they say dispatch is in a meeting or not open yet to give them information, multiple people have not called me back when they said they would, it takes 30-45 min of hold time to get to speak to a human every single time you call (once I was on hold for 2 hours though), and they specifically ignore my repeated request to at least tell me where in the US my belongings are now.
Don't use this company -- each interaction gets worse and worse.
