rev:text	My boyfriend raved about the place when it first opened. He came home and told me how nice and helpful the lady at the store was to him. First time I walked in with my boyfriend, the same lady asked: Are you two together? what a random question.. Then ignored us. Love the store, the decor, and its convenient location. The staff however, have never been pleasant and provide rather poor service. They are also really judgmental and just stand there and give you the cold shoulder. I took my dog to get a his nails filed for a rather steep price. They were well done, but still quite long.. I went back the next day trying to explain that maybe we could lower the price for grooming because my dogs nails were done just yesterday, The lady outright ignored me for 7 minutes until the groomer told her I had questions (as if standing right beside her wasn't a sign..) Also didn't give me the time of day and just said "you can leave your dog here." I asked how long it would take and I got a "Well, possibly 3-4 hours, you know, we did squeeze you in." I really didn't appreciate her attitude. She told me she would call ... but didn't ask for my number, had to give it to her. When my dog was done grooming there wasn't a huuge difference. His bottom half didn't get a hair cut. They also didn't clean his teeth bc "he has such perfect teeth" or do his nails because they were done yesterday by the same people. So what did I pay $80 for? a whole lot of attitude and a mediocre brushing. Its a shame because the store could do SO much better with some pleasant welcoming and charismatic staff.
