  • Fine. You want a detailed review? No problem. I see you cried to Yelp to delete the old one. Man point deducted. Anyhow, I go to this car wash with a Lincoln that had a 24inch stretch, two feet apparently doubles the price of a wash, naturally. So I'm driving a fleet vehicle and it stalls at the mouth of the tunnel. These things happen. Now my fleet manager was fifty feet away so I notified him of the problem and exited my vehicle. I let the closest employee know what was going on, the employees aren't the issue here. The manager, an angry middle aged man with his name on his shirt, comes up and starts yelling at me to move the car. I kind of laughed and asked how exactly is accomplish this task. In formed the angry man that someone was coming up any second to deal with it. Instead of offering me a solution or even a jump start, the manager continues being hostile. As if this doesn't happen at car washes ever. Once my fleet manager got there, I left the area so I wouldn't get in the way and because I didn't need to deal with an aggravated and aggravating individual. After all, I was now running late for a funeral. I walked down to the end of the tunnel and lit a cigarette. Rather than assisting with the more pressing matter of the car, the manager decided to follow me to the end of the tunnel to harass me further about smoking. Apparently I was a few feet away from their property line and that's worth risking an altercation. I chuckled again and complied with the angry manager, who would not stop talking. Once I moved the six feet required, the manager told me he was going to call the police, I'm not sure for what, maybe malicious smoking or felony stalling. I offered the manager my phone so he could call. I guess that only served to further enrage him. So I was told not to return to their place of business. That much I can promise. Anyhow, the fleet manager continued with the expensive wash (which was terrible) and while vacuuming the vehicle, he was met by the owner, also yelling. When the owner was reminded that his customer service skills were subpar and that cursing at customers was rude, he simply said "I don't give a F---, I'll talk any way I F---ing please to people, it doesn't matter. They will still come here" There are plenty of other washes that are happy to have your business. This one apparently thinks consumers are too stupid or lazy to care about quality and service anymore. Just avoid this place. Save yourself the aggravation.
