  • The guys that put in our new system (JUNE 2013) did an awesome job! They were professional and quick as could be on a hot summer day. However, they never came back for the inspection. We didn't like that they made us fill out the Survey/Review "ON THE SPOT" with the guys standing there. We couldn't just fill out the survey/review, they made us enter comments. Come on, who is going to give a bad review with the people standing there? Just saying! It took us calling the company two or three times to get our COSTCO REBATE pushed through, we finally got it! $1500 is a lot of money to not have when promised. It is now Aug 2013 and we still have not received our SRP Rebate. SRP says they have not received our paper work yet and when I called Collins, they made me call the guy who came out to give us the quote. We are still waiting for the call back or for the SRP Rebate to be faxed in. We are also waiting on paperwork for the tax rebate as well. Collins, get it together and take care of the people who you are doing business with!
