Great concept but the execution falls apart. The line up is confusing and I wouldn't even think of waiting outside in winter - especially after tasting the ice cream.
We asked for the ice cream in a cup, not a cone, there was a pause followed by agreeing to putting in a cup. Then he almost forgot to ask for the cup. For two single soft serve cups in came to over $8. Way to expensive for the quality.
The ice cream lacks a creamy consistency (as referenced by other reviewers). The vanilla flavour was decent but I stopped enjoying it half way through because it wasn't giving me the satisfaction I expect from ice cream. My boyfriend had the toasted marshmallow which was a cool concept but got tiresome very quickly.
With so many better fro-yo and craft ice cream shops in town, I can't see them lasting long unless they fix some of their issues to make the product worth the cost.
