  • Wrost customer services. I was asking a gentleman about my irrigation issues. He suggested something and I figured I miscommunicated and tried to explain my issue again. He then snapped at me and said he knew what I was talking about and knew what I needed. Of course it wasn't but after that customer service I knew I need to go to somewhere else that actual listens to the customer.
