  • I have used the facility ..... One more then a few occasions I was sent back to tan to find sweat drops all over the floor and edge of machines.. Also the girls seems miserable to be at work there... I attempted to cancel my debit card on file , they refused . Bodyheat told me I was under a 10 mo contract with them... I never signed any such contract. I emailed bodyheat more then 5 times in one month to cancel and they kept refusing... I asked body heat 4 times for proof of my signature on any such contract.. Which of course they could not provide and discontinued contact with me. I had to go to my bank two months in a row to get money refunded and change my debit card because they refused to refund or help me. When calling corprate office Jessica refused to allow me to speak to the supervisor and hung up on me.
