This Company has the Worst Customer service I have ever experienced! Got a last minute deal to fly straight through to Lax from Charlotte .As I go to board they tell me because of my cheap ticket , I have to pay $50.00 extra to check my small carry on and the flight was empty . Five of us had to pay $50.00 and check our bags . One family had 4 kids . Poor, poor management ! Do the right thing and people will come back and fly with you. Do the wrong thing and people will never fly with you again . That's why you have hundreds of 1 stars reviews . Southwest would never do this . I would rather take layovers then ever get on American Airlines again . The plane was empty and they even would not let us move seats . Shame on you for making us pay and check out small carry-one. Look at the pictures below . Then the flight attends gave me attitude . horrendous customer service . Places are so small, 5 hr flight , no leg room and no tv
