  • I happened upon this wash because a client of mine is in the same plaza. $14 for the top notch wash, sure, why not? I was impressed! Big Bang for your buck here. A little disappointed the vacuum isn't included, but again, you're maxing out at $14. There was no line, I was in and out quickly! While paying for my wash, I put in a $20 and only received $1 back instead of $6. I called the number from google, left a voicemail, expending my call to end up in no-mans-land. You can imagine my surprise when the owner, Ed, called me himself! He apologized and said he would send me either $5 in the mail or a check, my choice. This was on a Wednesday. Today, a Friday, my $5 and then some arrived. A sweet little apology, my $5, and a $5 gift card. Thanks so much for your fabulous customer service! I hope you stay in business for quite a long time, I will surely be back
