  • I would have given them no stars if possible. These people have terrible customer service. My girlfriend and I had to cancel our tour because her grandfather passed away. The manager gave me his word that we would get a refund. However, when I called back the next day, he went back on his word and said that he did not believe my story and would not give us a refund. I am planning on sending him a death certificate to get my money back and hopefully he was not lying about that either. I would not recommend this to anyone because of the terrible and sneaky business practices. YOU ARE WARNED.
