  • My husband and I came here after a bad experience at an unofficial Verizon store. We worked with Brenda and she made the whole process easy. She helped us pick out new phones and had good knowledge of the products. We asked plenty of questions about the phones and the plan, but she never acted like we were asking too many questions. We left with new phones which was the end goal and felt positive about our experience.
