  • Beware of all of these five star reviews about how wonderful Brad is. He has been awful to my roommate and I, hanging up on us when he can't help us and then trying to bribe us to write a five star review. Everything you've seen or heard about Denim Scottsdale is true... they accidentally charged us double the rent multiple times, their customer service is awful, the apartments themselves are run down and haphazardly covered with new coats of paint to cover up the decay, the gates have been broken for years, and you'll have a parking spot a block away from your actual apartment. So it's up to you whether or not you want to listen to the reviews coming from management bribes. I am so grateful to finally leave this nightmare apartment!!!!
