  • Hands down best Mediterranean food you are going to get this side of the pond in the desert. The owner/chef is totally dedicated to his craft. If you haven't had the coffee with cardamom then you haven't had coffee. He makes his own hummus and my kids eat it like their last meal. My kids eat here......let that sink in a bit. I would drive whatever distance and pay whatever price for this treat. Come here always!!
