Made an appt for 2:30 for a haircut. I checked in 5 minutes early & the receptionist said McKenna would be right with me. This would have been a perfect opportunity to say McKenna was running behind. I'm a reasonable person and understand those things happen. What I don't understand is why this was not communicated at all in the 35 minutes I sat & waited. I then see McKenna finally finish with her previous client and proceeds to make herself a snack/drink. I thought about questioning why I was still waiting for my 2:30 appt to start but decided to walk out instead. They couldn't be bothered to communicate with me, why should I waste my breath and time. I've had a couple of stylists (one for a blowout & another for cut/color) that I liked here but as you've learned from other posts, good stylists don't last long at this place. Everyone else I've encountered there is rude too. There are plenty of other good salons in this area where they actually appreciate their clients and treat them with kindness & respect their time.
