I just spent the last 2 days without internet and multiple phone calls to cox. After talking to cox customer service for 2 days the issue is finally resolved after I took time off work to go purchase new equipment because the equipment they gave me malfunctioned for a 2nd time. First was when they introduced their "small box" and gave me one that didn't work. When I asked if I could get a refund today for the time I couldn't use the service because of the faulty equipment and the inconvenience I had to go through they offered me a huge credit worth $1.57 total. Wonder what a satisfied customer is worth to them SMH
