  • I recently moved across the country into a condo under Nicklin's management and despite others reviews I am completely happy! Jessica Love was my agent and was more than accommodating. And I have even have to deal with a maintenance issue and it was repaired quickly and the vendor that was used was courteous and friendly. I also received a follow up call after my initial email to make sure I had all the information I needed since I was new to the area. Overall I have no complaints. Most of the things the I see as 'negative' comments are clearly spelled out in the leading agreement and if your not in agreement, don't sign. Yes the parking situation can be a little frustrating but that has nothing to do with Nicklin. And I appreciate having the team at Nicklin to be my advocate and one stop shop regarding all my residential concerns.
