Wen in on a Monday morning with my son. He had an ear infection and just needed them to confirm so we could get antibiotics. The front office lady was very nice and accommodating. She greated everyone as soon as they entered. She was able to get us checked in quickly with only one person in front of us. He was checked out by the NP, letting us know he did have an ear infection. I left out a star as the front office Girl accidentally charged my account for another day and had to cancel and recharge it. Also they mention that you can get medications in office but did not have amocsacillon so we took the script to CVS.
