Don't shop at the Brick in Orillia if you expect to use a credit card.
After trying for 2 days to authorize a preferred credit card and checking with the bank to find out there was no issue with the card. They told my 85 year old mother she could make the purchase with a brick credit card, when she said she would walk out of the store, the sales agent said she would take personal responsibility for the purchase HUH????
Call Visa and get a verbal authorization, if it is company policy not to, I would consider changing it.
Sorry, we were going to replace all the furniture in our cottage, won't be coming back here if our credit card does't work in your store. Not our problem, our money will be gladly be taken elsewhere!!
