  • Walked into crumbs and straw wrappers all over the tables and floor. After standing in front of one of the baristas for 5 minutes, saying "excuse me" about 3 times, to ask her for a napkin so that I could clean the crumbs off the table, she pointed me to the bar with empty napkin holders. Do yourself a favor, stay in your car and just go through the drive-thru. But hey, my drink was good.
