  • After thousands of dollars and waiting 3 weeks for PODS to pickup their containers PODS picked up one container and not the other. After admitting their mistake they said they could pick up the second container in a month. After trying to expedite this process they said we would be getting a phone call or email from the local branch manager.That never happened. After hours on hold with PODS they offered the pick up the second container 10 days earlier for 100 Dollars! Still no phone call from the manager. Neighborhood really likes our storage container (sarcasm). I would never use this company and would highly recommend anyone thinking this is an easier or cheaper option than hiring a moving company think again. Nightmare!
