  • Awesome pizza tucked away in the underground at MGM. Friendly staff and relaxed environment. You can choose from a variety of pies off their menu or create your own by selecting unlimited toppings ($12). For some context: I dined at the Bacchanal buffet last night at Caesars palace. Sure, Bacchanal offers a variety of more complex dishes, but none of them were truly exemplary. This was a simple, but exemplary, pizza. Great dough with interesting toppings served piping hot out of the oven (as opposed to sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long). Not to mention for a fraction of the price of dinner at Bacchanal. I'm done with buffets in Vegas (or elsewhere for that matter). I highly recommend this place.
