  • Just like your car needs a check-up or tune-up from time to time, so does your bike. I haven't had my bike checked, tuned up, gears adjusted or the chain cleaned properly in a few years so rather than plonking down a few hundred dollars on a new bike, I figured it's better to make what you already have, better. Super-friendly and helpful guys, I was impressed with how they inspected my bike and the recommendations they suggested. A word of warning: they are booked solid for weeks in advance, probably because we're at the beginning of summer right now. After I initially called, my appointment was 2 weeks later so realize that it's not a walk-in bike clinic. It takes a few days for them to get your bike ready and even if you have everything tuned up and a few replacement parts are needed, it's still cheaper than a new bike. Smart location considering the bike path which runs along Verdun's riverfront.
