  • If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went to get my tires replaced on 7/3/17. I dropped my car off at 1pm gentleman by the name Rudy was very nice and told me that I would have to wait 3 hours total for my car to be done. He assured me that that was the time frame. No worries it's the day before a holiday and I had pushed replacing my tires for to long. I waited for 4 hours and my car had not moved from the parking spot where I had left it. I spoke to a gentleman by the name Eric at this point. I asked him where my car was at in line and he told me after waiting for 4 hours that there was still 4 people ahead of me and when I told him that Rudy had given me a 3 hour time frame he laughed at me and wouldn't make eye contact with me made me feel like any of my questions were unimportant after that so I just gave up. I informed the gentleman on staff that I would be going home and for them to call me. THEY DID NOT CALL me tell 6:19 pm! I dropped my car off at 1:00pm. That was a ridiculous wait time to get 2 tires replaced. When I answered their phone call the gentleman on the phone informed me that my car was finished but they we're having an issue removing I my key from the ignition. It took me 10 minutes to get to this discount tire location and when I did so my car was unsupervised with the key still in the ignition with the windows down and my car was still running. I am unbelievably upset with the experience that I had here. I know I came in before a holiday but I was quoted a three hour wait for my car to be completely finished and it ended up taking six hours. If they were way too busy for me or had told me the actual appropriate estimated wait time when I originally came in at 1 PM I would've had time to go somewhere else but by the time I had my encounter with Eric it was already almost 5pm. I will never be back to this location or any discount tire again.
