  • I would skip this place. The sales people are great but not 100% knowledgeable. We ordered a custom upholstered La Z Boy chair. No one calls us after 6 weeks to tell us it is delayed. Ok. Then the chair starts to come apart about 5 days in. Seriously, 5 days. This was not a cheap chair. So we contact Slumberland. It took about 5 calls and a month to get action taken on this matter. They tried to say it was outside of 30 days. Seriously? That is not our fault. So then they offer us the same chair. That is not ok. After some investigation, they determine this chair should have never been made in leather - what? Yeah the style does not support leather. Odd. But, ok. So we pick a new chair. Rush order? No. You are just without a chair for 6 weeks, again. How is that remotely acceptable??? So I pay good money to wait on another chair. They almost tried to charge me more. I simply said no. I could not believe this place. Stay away. Our couches came in such poor condition as well.
