  • I've been coming to Chuy's since back in the olden days when it was located all the way in Southpark. I used to travel there via my RC car. Sometimes the battery on the remote would die on my way there and I would have to phone a miniature horse to get me the rest of the way. Once Chuys moved to its new location it only became a few days away traveling by hot air balloon. I come here often when I can get my hot air balloon to start up. This place is as good as some butternut squash on a hot day. When I come here I try to see how many chips I can stuff in my body before they ask what I want as an entree so that I can leave like the cheapskate that I am. I prefer the creamy jalapeño dip here, it is fantastic. A lot better than the chunky, moldy cheese that I've had in my refrigerator for the past 2 decades :)
