  • I walked into Black Cloud after doing some shopping in the Carolina Place Mall. Quite a few of my friends recommended this place so I decided to check it out. The woman at the register (I didn't catch her name) was SO friendly and encouraging, and ultimately calmed me down enough to follow through with my piercings. Russell, the piercer, was incredible. He took me through each step so that I would know what to expect, and made sure to check up on me throughout the process. They took me through the aftercare procedures, and I was in and out in about 30 mins tops. Also, Russell sent a follow up message thanking me and encouraging me to reach out if anything ever came up or if I had any questions. Overall a fantastic experience and I have had no issues with my piercings thus far. Would definitely go back.
