  • Aritzia as a chain, I go back and forth about. They've got some nice stuff, they've got some crappy stuff. Their TNA line is immensely irritating -- decent hoodies (never put them in the dryer), really stupid bags that girls tote around and whack people with in public spaces (if I had a dollar for every time I have been knocked over by one of those bags...). But I do shop at the store, and I generally enjoy it, except for being harassed by staff who don't work on commission but are expected to sell something like $300 an hour. Regardless, this location is not my favourite. It seems to get a lot of street traffic, most of it tourist traffic, which means people buy more stuff, and they have less in stock. It's worth checking out because sometimes they'll have the merchandise, and they can always call another store to find out where your size is hiding, but most of the time I'd rather take the journey to a bigger store.
