  • I have been bring my dog here since he was a puppy. I'm sure the staff tried their best but i have never seen my dog aggressive until the day i stopped in early to see how the grooming was going. On the last two visits, the groomer mentioned my dog not liking his face groomed and that he would bite. I told them I had no problems when i groomed him at home. I dropped him off and waited for petsmart to call and tell me my dog is ready. After 3 hours, I felt the need to go watch and wait for my dog. I waited another 20 minutes or so. I understand the groomer needs to get a hold on my dog to do her job, but she held on to his chin hair as she was looking something up on the register and she did that multiple times. Now after 3 hours, my poor dog is tired of being groomed and the groomer is still taking her time. Inconsiderate! Over 3 hours for a 13 pound dog? Really? I had to go in and cut the grooming "short". Its never okay for my dog to bite and we have no problems at home, kids or other dogs. Im definitely hesitant on ever bringing him back for a full groom. Truly disappointed.
