  • Girl Friday is like getting to know someone.. First date, fantastic, both parties are on their A game... Second date, perhaps maybe not so intriguing, third date, too comfortable... 4th date.. either break up or make the effort... I guess what I'm trying to say is that Girl Friday is hit or miss. Some days i walk in and their inventory is incredible and I could buy up the whole store.. next few times I go, there is nothing appealing.. and just when I think I should give up on them, I find a hidden gem (perhaps a personality trait I didn't know existed.. just trying to tie it back into my opening comment) The prices sometimes don't match the wardrobe. The prices always seem a bit steeper for what the product is. I will say however that the staff that work there are always remarkable. They are friendly without being over bearing and offer advice only when asked. (there's nothing worse than having someone say that you look incredible in a pair of jeans and all you see is muffin top) I say don't give up on this place if you don't find anything you like.. give it the good old baseball rule.. 3 strikes.. I think you will find what you are looking for.... eventually.
