  • Unfortunately, my car was towed to Walker Towing. Obviously, I was not happy to begin with, having to deal with getting my vehicle out of impound/a tow lot. HOWEVER.......starting with Mathew, I have nothing but positive things to say. Between Mathew and the young lady who cashed me out (to the tune of approx. $237 and change i believe) the experience I had was actually a pleasant one. Thanks Mathew for turning a downright crappy situation into one that really wasn't bad at all. I think impound lots get a bad rap....maybe some deserved.....but maybe a lot of it is just pissed off people taking their anger/frustration out on the wrong people. So...to sum it up....it totally SUCKS to be out $237 .....but.....it's possible...just maybe...it could have been my fault......I have been known to make a mistake every now and then....oops!!
