This place is sort of gross. First, as a garden center/plant business, I would expect to see some nice-looking landscaping displays with a handful of perennials and fresh mulch or rock around the building and parking lot. On the contrary, the side of the Jung's building had pallets and trash just strewn about. The curbed area around the parking lot had old-looking mulch and was full of weeds.
First impressions are everything. And as I simply was parking my car in Jung's parking lot and saw the trash, weeds and old mulch, I got the impression that this business doesn't really take pride in the products it sells.
Next, the shopping experience wasn't much better. I went inside since I was looking for planters. No one ever greeted me or asked if I needed help. The same staff person walked by me a few times as I stood by the planters, but he never acknowledged me. The inside of the building smells really bad. I think the inside of Jung's had an over-abundance of heavy chemical-based products. I found it a little hard to breathe at first.
I didn't really find any planters that I liked, so I left. I bought planters on Amazon.
I did not like my experience, and I won't go back.
