  • Staff knowledge is absolutely horrible. I went in to purchase a Logitech Slim keyboard combo case for my iPad Pro and even showed the sales person a picture of it off of their website. She quickly said it was available and got it for me right away. I was so happy to be in and out of there within 5 minutes. I went home and noticed that she made me purchase the wrong thing. I should have checked before walking out but I have never had this problem before so it didn't cross my mind. Now I have to go back and exchange it for the right now. Never will I ever trust an Apple sales rep again and never will I walk out before checking my purchases.
