  • Discount Tire locations in general offer decent service and pricing. The Anthem location has a good team that is almost always friendly, willing to take the time to explain the differences between tires and usually offer some wiggle room on pricing. I have never heard anyone in the Anthem location complain about customers or the work they do and most of them seem to enjoy their jobs. I have brought all of my vehicles to this location and they have experience with less common vehicles when it comes to properly lifting, driving and working with the tires and wheels. I have rated this location 4 stars instead of 5 because I have on more than one occasion have had to return for improper balancing and vibrations. My solution has been to ask for "Road Force" or static balancing that takes longer but subjects the tire to driving conditions while being balanced. They also can dismount and turn the tire on the wheel to find the optimal balancing point instead of adding excess weights on the wheels to counter the unbalanced manufacturing of a tire or wheel.
