  • I am very surprised to read some of the reviews about this office. We moved back to the area about 3 months ago after 3 years in Aurora, CO. I love the staff at this office. We've had Banfield plans for all animals for years. It's worth it if you just use the teeth cleaning you'll break even. This office is far better than the Colorado offices, we tried 3 while there, one was great, one so-so, and the other was terrible. No issues, good care, no add-on stupid charges, you get what they tell you, and pricing is far better than most independent Vet offices. My cat had been vomiting and in CO I paid over $900 just to get him tested and to be told we just needed to adapt his diet to his older age. I immediately enrolled him in the Banfield plan and have never been overcharged or had surprises since enrolling. No issues, and believe me, I will complain if I have issues and they aren't addressed, and have not had a single one at this location.
