  • I can no longer endorse this place based on the cocky rude attitude of the owner. I was an early fan and introduced many friends to this place and went often. Now I am the biggest non-fan! I noticed the owner's attitude changed after his business became successful. He went from friendly and welcoming to being outright rude! A few examples: 1) My friend found Saran Wrap in her shaved ice and brought it to the owner's attention. She said he dismissed her and said "it happens." She stopped going there after that, but I continued to go, thinking it was an isolated incident (like an idiot!). 2) I noticed that the owner's attitude started being more cocky and less friendly but I kept going (like an idiot!), until the last incident. I ordered condensed milk and double almond pudding as my topping. I noticed that I didn't get any condensed milk and very little almond pudding, so I asked the owner of e added the milk and if the pudding was doubled. He admitted to forgetting the milk and with an attitude squirted so much milk into my dessert the shaved ice melted and there was over an inch of milk left in my cup when I ate what was left of the unmelted shaved ice and pudding. On several prior visits, they forgot to double the almond pudding, so I asked if I got double and he said with an attitude with his back to me... "If you want more let me know," and before I could respond and while he still had his back to me, he slopped on an excessive amount of pudding. My dessert was destroyed. I will never go back again!!!
