  • The staff in this department is so unfriendly. I don't feel comfortable there, I think it is my first experience with such an attitude given by managers to their customers in a bank! One of the assistants behaves like I owe him something. He never smiles, and shows his reluctance to work with a customer! Also, he forgets about his duties (like calling a customer after he told he would do so in a couple of hours). Horrible!
