So people complain about service but we had a great experience. Our receptionist Sandy at first told me I had to have a paper copy of my prescription. I was a bit crabby and said they should have told me that last time I was in and she doubled checked with a coworker Rosie who suggested I could email it to them. Problem solved! Then we waited for almost a minute before Natasha called our names and cheerfully helped us get our order in even suggesting a different frame for my wife that would work better with her stigmatism.
We have not gotten our glasses yet but the service so far is great.
