  • Dark, tired rooms. Things in rooms are broken--hair dryer, non-flushing toilet, electrical receptacles. Front desk plays games on room type and is not at all accommodating. Someone from there actually looked me up on Linked In to see if I was important enough to be treated right when I made a request. (We can see that, you know - :). ). Wi-fi is not good. Just don't expect much. I can say -- Pools were nice, support staff (bellman, maids, sundries store clerk) were great. Disappointed not to be giving a better review.
