  • They do pile the pastrami high, however the meat is shaved very thin so it got a but dry. I had pastrami on rye with deli mustard so I felt that the dryness of the meat took away much of the flavor. My buddies got the Ruben - toasted bread with cheese and 1000 island and left more satisfied, but you don't need more than mustard and good bread and meat to enjoy amazingly cooked pastrami. 3 stars.
