I love DD coffee and will typically tolerate a lot to get it. However the staff at this location will send me to Starbucks pretty quickly! This morning I was so rudely handled at the speaker by the drive-in attendant I was shocked and was actually contemplating asking to speak to the manager. (By the way I had a very simple order coffee and donuts nothing special not being high maintenance). Imagine my surprise when I pulled to the window and that same rude person is handling the remainder of my transaction. I see that she is actually wearing a name tag that says shift leader! Seriously Dunkin Donuts don't put leadership monikers on people who can't even provide basic common courtesy to your customers. Send Paige for some additional training and find somebody who actually likes people to handle your customers, and to lead your shifts.
